Rob
Rob founded Touchdown Carpet and Flooring in 1990 in his garage. Over the past twenty four years, Rob’s experience and knowledge in the residential and commercial flooring industry has allowed him to successfully expand to a full-service flooring company. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and knows the value of quality products and craftsmanship.
Doug
Doug has been the Foreman and Warehouse Supervisor since 2000. Prior to that time, Doug was a flooring contractor for Touchdown. He has years of professional experience in flooring has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the industry and standards from all aspects. Doug’s number one priority is customer satisfaction.
Our Design & Sales Team
Our friendly in house design and sales team is here to help with your selections and designs for both your residential and commercial projects. Whether you have an appointment or just walk-in they are here and are willing to assist you in any way they can for product selections, design and installation.
Joanne
Joanne joined Touchdown Carpet in 2014. Joanne holds two degrees: Interior Design and Clothing and Textiles. She worked extensively in architectural design and custom window design. Joanne looks forward to working with you on your next home project.
David Radcliff
Dave joined Touchdown Carpet in 2018. He worked many years in the flooring division of J. Brian Day assisting customers in the restoration of their home flooring.
Our Installation Team
Many of our sub-contracted installers have been with us for over 15 years and work exclusively for Touchdown. All our installers strive for quality installation and take pride in their craftsmanship and expertise. They are dependable, conscientious and detail orientated professionals.
Michael
Michael is the Touchdown's full-time in-house company installer. Michael has a full range of experience in vinyl, tile and various other flooring materials. Michael has been with us since 2003.
The Office
Darleen
As Office Manager Darleen takes care of the day to day functions of the office and oversees the company financials: which includes billing, payroll and payables. Darleen joined Touchdown March 2016.
Katie
Katie handles the accounts payable and purchasing. Katie has been a member of the Touchdown team since October 2012.
