Our Staff

Rob founded Touchdown Carpet and Flooring in 1990 in his garage. Over the past twenty four years, Rob’s experience and knowledge in the residential and commercial flooring industry has allowed him to successfully expand to a full-service flooring company. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and knows the value of quality products and craftsmanship.

Doug has been with Touchdown Carpet since 2000. Prior to that time, Doug was a flooring contractor for Touchdown. He has years of professional experience in flooring has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the industry and standards from all aspects. Doug’s number one priority is customer satisfaction.

Alex has joined the Touchdown Carpet Estimation team. In this role, Alex will work closely with the commercial sales team to review project scopes, budgets and plans, helping us provide accurate cost estimates and ensure each project is set up for success. Alex's expertise will strengthen the connection between sales and project delivery, making sure our clients receive the best value and service.

Joanne joined Touchdown Carpet in 2014. Joanne holds two degrees: Interior Design and Clothing and Textiles. She worked extensively in architectural design and custom window design. Joanne looks forward to working with you on your next home project.

Dave joined Touchdown Carpet in 2018. He worked many years in the flooring division of J. Brian Day assisting customers in the restoration of their home flooring.

Noel joined the Touchdown Carpet sales team in 2023, bringing a wealth of expertise as a seasoned design consultant. Her background in design allows her to guide customers with confidence, helping you choose flooring solutions that perfectly match your style, space, and vision.

Mark, a lifelong resident of Marlborough now living in Worcester, has been Warehouse Manager at Touchdown Carpet for over five years. His wealth of experience and organizational skills have been instrumental in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly. Known for his reliability and leadership, Mark has earned the respect of his colleagues and clients alike. Outside of work, he remains deeply connected to his community, bringing the same dedication and care to his personal life as he does to his professional role.

As Office Manager Darleen takes care of the day to day functions of the office and oversees the company financials: which includes billing, payroll and payables. Darleen joined Touchdown March 2016.

Katie handles the accounts payable and purchasing. Katie has been a member of the Touchdown team since October 2012.
